We are two teams that work as one. Rip City Management executes our events, from concerts to games and everything in between. Trail Blazers Inc. connects with fans, from ticket holders to partners and clients. We unite for top company results. We are the team behind the teams.
We live up to our name by making new paths and leading the way in our community. Our employees volunteer regularly with the Trail Blazers Foundation, positively affecting the lives of thousands where they live, learn and play.
“In just nine months I've had more fun on this job than any job I've ever had. Because for me, it's not just a job. I feel like a part of a team that is inviting guests into their home for a really, really cool and fun party, with some awesome entertainment.”
“What started out to be a temporary thing, turned into twenty years. It was such a fun job, I couldn’t leave. I work with some of the nicest people, and we share the same goals.”
“Win or lose. Good concert or bad. The Rose Quarter is lucky to have great fans and guests. Most of them recognize and understand how hard our team works to make their experience awesome and they show it. Who's throwing the best live party in town? If there's an event happening at the Rose Quarter, you can bet your last dollar it's Guest Experience.”
The Trail Blazers Student Ambassador Program, BlazersU, is a part-time employment opportunity for energetic college students to join our team! Student Ambassadors are passionate about the Trail Blazers and share their love for Rip City with their peers while representing our brand on campus and at events.
Internships are part-time, typically aligning with the NBA season. The program offers professional development and growth opportunities through hands-on learning and practical application. Interns can excel in their chosen field as they learn broad, transferrable skills.
